At SIRKit Ltd. (the “Company”, “we” and “us”), we are strongly committed to transparency, and we want you (“you” or “your”) to understand how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information, and if “you” are a corporation or other legal entity, the personal information will be that of your employees or contractors, or of other individuals that is under your custody or control, that you may provide to us in connection with your use of the Services (as later defined). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect, use, or disclose about you on https://www.sirkit.ca/ and https://docs.sirkit.ca/ (collectively, the “Originating Websites”), and through other websites and services associated with the Originating Websites including, but not limited to, sirkit.pro and sirkithosting.ca (collectively, the “Related Websites”, together with the Originating Websites, the “Website”), which facilitate the provision of Services and in email, text message and other electronic communications between you and the Company.

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our Website, and all related services provided on or through the Website (collectively, the “Website Services”), and all other services we provide whether online or offline (collectively, the “Other Services” together with the Website Services, the “Services”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices for collecting, processing and storing your personal information. By using the Services, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.
